1. Fee Payment
- Students can pay course fees either in full or in instalments, as agreed at the time of admission.
- Payment schedules will be communicated clearly during enrollment.
- Students are advised to keep all payment receipts safely for future reference.
2. Payment Terms
- Fees must be paid within the agreed timelines.
- In case of delay, the academy may restrict access to classes, training, or assessments until payment is completed.
- Any special request for extension must be discussed with the academy in advance and is subject to approval.
3. Refund Policy
- All fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Once a student is enrolled and the admission is confirmed, no refund will be provided for cancellation, withdrawal, or non-attendance.
4. Cancellation Policy
- If a student chooses to discontinue the course after enrollment, the academy shall not be liable to refund any fees paid.
- Course fees cannot be transferred to another person.
- In special cases, the academy may allow batch transfer or course adjustment at its discretion.
5. Rejoining Policy
- If a student discontinues the course and wishes to rejoin, approval from the academy will be required.
- Pending fees (if any) must be cleared before rejoining.
- The student may be assigned to a new batch based on availability.
6. Receipts & Payment Proof
- Students must ensure they receive proper payment confirmation for all transactions.
- Viva Beauty Academy will not be responsible for payments made through unauthorized channels.
7. Changes to Policy
Viva Beauty Academy reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be published on the website.
