• In case of absence for multiple days, students should inform the academy in advance.
• Continuous absence without notice may affect course progress and certification eligibility.

3. Training & Schedule

The academy will provide training schedules for classes and practical sessions.

While every effort is made to follow the schedule, Viva Beauty Academy reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unavoidable circumstances.

4. Study Material & Learning

Students may receive access to study materials, videos, or digital content for learning purposes.

These materials are strictly for personal use and must not be shared, copied, or distributed without permission.

5. Tests & Assessments

• Students are required to complete assignments, tests, and practical assessments.
• Performance in internal assessments may be considered before final evaluation.
• The academy reserves the right to restrict students from assessments if performance or attendance is not satisfactory.

6. Break in Course

Course breaks are generally not permitted.

In special cases (medical or personal emergencies), a written request must be submitted. Approval will be at the discretion of the academy.

7. Transfers

• Course or batch transfer may be allowed based on availability and valid reasons.
• The decision for transfer will be taken by the academy management.
• Any applicable charges or adjustments may apply.

8. Certification

• Certificates will be awarded upon successful completion of the course.
• Students must complete all training, assessments, and fee payments to be eligible.
• Viva Beauty Academy provides skill-based certification and is not a university or degree-granting institution.

9. Placement Assistance

• Viva Beauty Academy provides career support and placement assistance, not job guarantee.
• Opportunities may include salon jobs, freelancing, internships, or business guidance.
• Students are expected to actively participate in interviews and placement processes.

10. Fees & Payments

• Course fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule.
• Failure to complete payments may result in restricted access to training, assessments, or certification.
• Fees once paid may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

11. Student Conduct

All students are expected to:

• Maintain discipline and professionalism
• Respect trainers, staff, and fellow students
• Follow academy rules and guidelines
• Avoid any misconduct or disruptive behavior

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination without refund.

12. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, videos, and training resources are the property of Viva Beauty Academy.

Students are not allowed to copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without permission.

13. Limitation of Liability
